Our Operations Department is seeking a SW-skilled

Project Engineer for Ship’s Bridge Simulators, Navigation and Offshore.

Experience and skills:

• Technical education, preferably bachelor degree
• Quality conscious, service minded, creative and independent
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Self-driven and high capability of multitasking
• Good knowledge and interests for MS Windows OS, PC-networks and SW in general
• Preferably good knowledge with relevant Kongsberg Maritime’s products and associated systems

Main Tasks:

• Technically responsible in project team
• Project execution, technical aspects
• In cooperation with project manager, make plans and coordinate project activities, internally and in cooperation with our partner’s world wide
• QA (according to established routines and procedures)
• Produce drawings and documentation for assembly and system testing
• Prepare technical documentation in accordance with prevailing procedures
• Ordering material for the project
• Test systems in cooperation with the Project Manager
• Installation, start-up and tests on site
