Teamleader technical services Norway (m/f)
In this trusting function, you and your team ensure the punctual realisation of the orders (technical service, grooving and coating work, spare parts). You are responsible for the management of the service activities as well as the technical and staff management of the service technicians. Moreover you are responsible for the setup and the active care of a single point of contact and the employee roster of the service technician. In addition, you prepare the reports on activities with respect to staff and financial matters. Our service technicians will support you in installation, service assignments and grooving work.
For these demanding activities we expect a qualified basic technical training supplemented by knowledge in business economics. You are experienced in managing teams and stand out for high flexibility, reliability and ability to cope with pressure. You employ the standard MS-Office programs efficiently supplemented by SAP (ERP) knowledge. You make good use of your masterly written and verbal knowledge in German, Norwegian and English.
